Welcome

Hi everyone, and welcome to our site! Well . . . the honeymoon is over, but our married life is just beginning. If this is your first time to our site, we started the site to inform our friends and family about our wedding events and details. We enjoyed it so much, we decided to keep it up with stories about our daily lives. We don't update it as often as we like, but we hope you enjoy it nonetheless. On Wednesdays, we post some of the behind-the-scenes details of our wedding vendors and projects. If you are looking for the Chrismas Letter you can click on the link in the labels section below or simply scroll down. Please sign our guestbook. We love reading all the comments.

Girls Poker Night

Kimmie is the hostess with the mostess. I have never been to her house where she has not had every detail planned to perfection. Last week, she invited a bunch of us girls over for poker night. Much to my surprise, she whipped out the mojitos and peni (sp?) as soon as I arrived.

It was a theme that ran throughout our evening. :) It was such a fun way to spend a Monday night.

Fun party. I don't know if you will check this before the big day and honeymoon, but....
Isla: My in-laws aren't sure where their contact info. for the place we stayed is- if you don't have a place yet, let me know & I will do some more digging-
For the "local favorite" food place, you MUST go to the ball park. It is seriously the best food on the island- or at least it was 2 years ago- If you use the bus system (we were the only "gringos" using it), the driver can get you close & it is a quick walk from a bus stop. Also, you should check out the "zoo." Interesting to say the least.
I recommend renting a golf cart and exploring the island. The bus system is great, but a little....shall we say....unpredictable?
Email me if you want me to do a little more investigating on where we stayed for you.
